Wayne Anthony Brown was convicted of conspiring to distribute cocaine and possession with intent to distribute cocaine base in violation of 21 U.S.C. Â§ 846 (Supp. 1990) and 21 U.S.C. Â§Â§ 841(a)(1) (1981) and 841(b)(1)(A)(iii) (Supp. 1990). On appeal he challenges the district courts denial of his motion to suppress cocaine found in a locked glove compartment on the basis of the police officers warrantless search. We affirm.
